Most awkward political handshake ever? 吐氣揚眉的一幕
The leaders of China and Japan have finally come face-to-face after months of refusing to meet, resulting in a cringe-worthy handshake. When the two men met at a summit in Beijing on Monday, the awkwardness and animosity between them was plain to see. Shinzo Abe had to wait to speak to Xi Jinping, and his greeting then appeared to be ignored by the Chinese leader, who did not speak a word to his Japanese counterpart. Source: The Telegraph.
