2月7日晚間，第九屆亞洲冬季運動會開幕式在黑龍江省哈爾濱市隆重舉行。國家主席習近平和夫人彭麗媛出席開幕典禮。習近平主席宣布本屆亞冬會開幕。
2025年哈爾濱亞洲冬季運動會開幕式以「冰雪同夢，亞洲同心」為演出主題，整體結構上圍繞「哈爾濱、中國、亞洲」的地域遞進層次設計：上篇立於冰城，講述冰雪文化的精神力量與夢想情懷；中篇立於中國，講述冰雪運動的燃情時講述與冰雪熱情與亞洲熱潮同心、同冰雪精神同時代的情感之心。採用主分會場相結合的呈現方式，主會場設在哈爾濱國際會展運動中心，分會場設在哈爾濱冰雪大世界。文藝演出也將運用先進的技術手段，為觀眾打造全景沉浸式的觀賞體驗。

The opening ceremony of the 2025 Harbin Asian Winter Games takes "Ice and Snow Dream, Asia Heart" as the performance theme, and the overall structure is designed around the regional progressive level of "Harbin, China, Asia": the first part is based in the Ice City, telling the spiritual power and dream feelings of ice and snow culture; the middle part is based in China, telling the passionate speed and national enthusiasm of ice and snow sports; the third part is based in Asia, telling the emotional connection and hand-in-hand journey of ice and snow dreams. The presentation method of combining the main and sub-venues is adopted. The main venue is located in the Harbin International Convention and Exhibition Sports Center, and the sub-venue is located in the Harbin Ice and Snow World. The art performance will also use advanced technical means to create a panoramic immersive viewing experience for the audience.
